This morning while Connor was at school Brennan was busy squirting the water bottle in the shower and bathtub. One of his favorite activities he walked around the yard spraying plants all summer but when it got cold outside we let him spray in the shower and bathtub.
After awhile he exclaims, "Hey I need paper!" He runs to his bathroom and gets some papertowels which he brings back and starts wiping the tub. He says, "Mommy, I the cleaning people!". After several papertowels I get him a rag because I can quickly see him using the entire roll. For about 20 minutes he keeps telling me he is the cleaning people and he just has to get one more spot. More spraying of water and more wiping. I tell him Brennan time to go get Connor-which ussually sends him running to the door. Instead he tells me, "I just have to get one more spot!". I finally have to tell him okay that is it no more cleaning we have to go. He smiles up with a big grin and says, "Okay mommy all clean.....I am the cleaning people!".

Awesome! I think you can use this new obsession to your advantage. Tell him the cleaning people need to come and shine your floors or something really useful like that. LOL
