11 Months Old

One of Kellen's new favorite activities is to get pushed around the house on his little car.

He loves to help unload the dishwasher.....well he mostly takes all of the dirty dishes out about as quickly as we can get them in.

Such a happy little guy about 90% of the time.

My first Merry Go Round all by myself....it was so fun!

Where did my baby go? One day he was sitting in my lap and cooing at me the next minute he is crawling everywhere and pulling himself up on things. Just one night this week he was sitting on the kitchen floor pushing his car around just like his big brothers-he seemed like such a big boy.

Luckily he does still love to cuddle at least a few minutes at a time but he is becoming more and more independent everyday. I can almost here him saying....."I can do it myself!"

This week with the weather nicer he wasn't too happy to have his brothers outside. He kept crawling to the door and banging on it and "yelling!" I think he was saying "Hey come back here...I want to play too!". He loves it when they are playing in the backyard. He sits on the floor or in his high chair and laughs at them while they run around.

His brothers still love him dearly and race to be the first to great him once they here he is awake. Brennan always wants to be so near him that I think Kellen would rather have a little space so he could at least breath. I tell Brennan to move away some to which he replies, "but mommy, I love him!". I try to explain that Kellen may want a little less love but Brennan insists not and that he needs to be nearly on top of him for him to know he loves him.

I am pretty sure he has his big brothers wrapped around his little finger. He now has them trained that he can crawl over to his push car and they will put him up on push him around the house for a ride. He LOVES it and they love that he is getting big enough to really play with them.

He has moved from only eating bananas to LOVING to eat most anything. Though he still loves his bananas. We can't eat one in front of him if we want him to eat anything else. When he sees something he wants he immediately spits out his pacifier and begins banging his tray. He wants the same things that his brothers are eating. If the food does not come quick enough he has started screaming. The first night he did this we were all so shocked that we started laughing when he started screaming. I think that was a big mistake because now he screams anytime he wants something :)

It is so fun to watch them grow and become friends.....but why do they have to grow up so quickly?
